I began my culinary journey while attending college as a means to bring family and friends closer together. After graduating from UCLA, I attended the Le Cordon Bleu, California Culinary Academy in San Francisco.
In 2004, I moved to Hawaii to launch my career as a chef. I have trained and collaborated with a diverse team of master chefs and my experience in renowned restaurants honed my fundamental kitchen skills and broadened my culinary techniques.
Through the years, I've fed a diverse clientele, from restaurateurs and entertainers, to entrepreneurs and professional athletes, as well as hundreds of friends and families. I continue to expand my culinary range as my cuisine and palate evolves.
My years of experience in fine dining restaurants and catering companies, as well as my established relationships with local purveyors, have created a solid foundation for my growing business.
I now chef seasonally in the Palm Desert and Palm Springs region of California, and on the island of Maui in Hawaii.
